Mediation in the workplace is a structured and confidential process. It helps my clients and their teams to resolve conflicts in a joint and responsible fashion.

As a mediator, I am on my clients' side, without preference for any one person. It is my job to create the safe space for all parties involved to be heard, to be understood, and to look for solutions.

The aim is to help people from all professional groups to create a working atmosphere that is cooperative, productive and low in conflicts.

Depending on your individual situation, I will adapt my strategy. Whether you need a classic mediation or rather a moderated conversation, whether your team will best respond to a workshop format or not - I will adjust the setting of our interaction to what works best for you in the process.
